First, choose protective clothing according to the characteristics of different types of work.
For types of work that are easy to handle and explosive, protective clothing made of chemical fiber fabrics must not be used. Because chemical fibers are prone to electrostatic reactions, wearing chemical fiber protective clothing may ignite fire. In chemical workshops and even hospital operating rooms where flammable gases, liquids, etc., wear chemical fiber work clothes, if the static electricity accumulates and spark discharge occurs, it may also cause explosion and fire. Static electricity can also interfere with electronic components and precision instruments. Therefore, it is not advisable to wear chemical protective clothing when working in this workplace.
Second, choose protective clothing according to different labor environments.
For example, the protective clothing made of polypropylene, polyester, and woven fabrics is more resistant to acids and alkalis. The style of protective clothing should be nice and comfortable. The color of clothing should be different. Workers exposed to dangerous substances should wear work clothes that can show the colors of such dangerous substances. If tetraethyl lead is red, the worker can show it by wearing white work clothes with a little tetraethyl lead. Road wearers wear eye-catching work clothes to prevent vehicle collisions.
