1) CNC control system is using DELEM DA52, DA-65W from Holland. DELEM system has automatic testing and self-diagnosis functions. Also, Programming is simply composed of putting in sizes of plate to bend, dimensions of work piece and choosing tools and so on.
2) 3+1 axis: X, Y1, Y2+W(Compensation On Crowning of Work-Table)
3) The mechanism of back stopper with multiple stopping shafts for complete functions is employed. The function work piece, as guide way, lead screws etc. Are imported to ensure the stopping precision of back stopper.
4) Full machine is guarded with safety guard with interlocker to prevent the operator from injured.
5) The machine body is in overall welded and overall processed structure, with internal stress eliminated by vibration aging technology which has ensured the precision of entire machine.
