In the next ten years, the central government will allocate 50 billion yuan as a special fund for the development of energy-saving and new energy auto industries, and focus on supporting the development and industrialization of key technologies for energy-saving and new energy vehicles.

Among them, from 2011 to 2015, the central government allocated a total of 30 billion yuan in special funds to support the demonstration and promotion of new energy vehicles; the central government allocated a total of 20 billion yuan in special funds to support the promotion of energy-saving vehicles with a focus on hybrid vehicles, and allocated 5 billion yuan in special funds Support infrastructure construction in pilot cities, and set up special funds for fixed-energy investment in energy-saving and new energy auto parts and components.
