Design of Wireless Data Transmission Scheme for Factory Area Network Data
In a factory area, there are 7 factories and 4 dormitory buildings. The machine room is located in the aisle between the A1 and A2 workshops. From A2, B2, A1, B1 can directly send the signal to the computer room. The dormitory buildings and A3, A4, and B4 may be blocked by the front buildings A2 and B2. The maximum distance is not more than 500 meters.
The scheme is designed as follows:
A3, A4, and B4 network signals are transmitted to A2 by using one LA-5312A wireless bridge, and A2 is received by a single LA-5312A wireless bridge. The received signal and the network signal at this point are concentrated through the switch and then used. The LA-5312A wireless bridge transmits the signal to the engine room, and the computer room receives it with a LA-5312A wireless bridge.
The network signals of the four dormitory buildings were respectively transmitted to B2 by a LA-5312A wireless bridge, and B2 was received by a LA-5312A wireless bridge. After receiving the signals and the network signals at the sites, the signals were collected by the switch. Then use a LA-5312A wireless bridge to transmit to the computer room, and the computer room is received by a LA-5312A wireless bridge.
The A1 and B1 network signals are transmitted to the computer room using a LA-5312A wireless bridge. The computer room uses a single LA-5312A wireless bridge to receive the signals from the two wireless bridges.
