If the dosage of the unit is the same, then the volume concentration of the agent in the slurry will change with the increase or decrease of the concentration of the slurry, as shown in the figure. The concentration of the slurry is determined by the nature of the ore and the flotation conditions. The general principle is: when the ore has a large specific gravity and the ore has a coarse grain size, coarse selection and sweeping operations should use a larger flotation concentration. On the contrary, the ore has a small specific gravity, a fine particle size, a selective operation, or a mixed concentrate separation operation, and a lower concentration is preferred.
