Main Application

This series of automatic plastic mill is disk-type plastic grinding mill series, which has the advantage of high-yield and low-power. This machine can be used for powder processing of Polyethylene (PE), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Polypropylene (PP), Polystyrene (PS), ABD, nylon, EVA, PET and other materials. It is suitable for heat sensitive materials at room temperature can not be crushed, oily materials and high in fat cell active ingredients of raw materials, avoid high temperature generated in the crushing process to destroy material ingredient.

The pulverizer is composed of vacuum loader, water cooling pipe, grinding chamber, air blower, vibration sieve, auto vibrating feeder, air locker, dust catcher, cyclone silo, auto temperature controller, stairs, water outlet, water inlet and pulverizer machine main frame.

Working pronciple:
Material enter into the cooling chamber from the hopper , open the liquid nitrogen valve to pre-cooling, when the temperature in pre cooling chamber reach the crushing temperature, the screw conveying material entering the host(will display temperature on the an electric cabinet ) , began crushing material crushed by high speed impinging and shear of active disc and the fixed ring gear , the finished material after lead the negative pressure fan into the cyclone into buffer bin, through the screw conveyor to finished material discharged into the bag. A part of air conditioning as a supplementary air backflow through the pipes into the host, the other part of the cold air into the cooling chamber as the cooling source can be recycled. The process of crushing the host current overload or abnormal temperature rise within the host, control the device with automatic alarm device, ensure the equipment long time pieces.

Both the liquid nitrogen cooling system and the temperature probe are used in the process of conveying and the main engine to ensure the temperature control of each link and the control of liquid nitrogen flow.

In the crushing process, the cold sourceof crushing machine form a closed circulation system, which makes full use of energy, energy saving, and greatly reduce cost. When the temperature of cold storage and pre crushing within the host can drop to minus 196 degrees, can be adjusted according to the temperature of the catalytic material, choose the best temperature, reduce nitrogen unnecessary loss.
