According to reports, the construction of these two centers has resulted in a significant increase in the passing rate and market competitiveness of rubber tires and wheel brake discs. Ten companies including Jinyu Group and Hengyu Rubber Co., Ltd. have achieved US DOT certification, respectively. ECE certification, product pass rate of 99%.

At present, the two centers have a total of 180 test equipment of various types, and they have good inspection capabilities. They can annually inspect 2,600 batches of various types of tires, 5,000 batches of raw materials for tires, and 3,000 batches of wheels and brake pads. The center can also provide order-based technology R&D and product quality inspection and inspection services to build high-level public technology services for auto parts and related industries in Shandong Province. It can directly participate in the formulation and revision of national standards and industry standards for related industries. At present, these two centers are actively striving for a national-level inspection and testing center.

In addition, it is understood that the quality of tire products in Guangrao County has exceeded the requirements of the national standards. Some rubber tire companies have proposed that it is necessary to establish an industry alliance standard that exceeds national standards to unify the requirements, standardize products, and eliminate backward production capacity.

Based on a wide range of data collection and extensive experimental argumentation, Guangrao County Bureau of Quality Supervision took the lead in organizing the development of the “Standard for Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction in the Rubber Tyre Industry” and “Test Methods for Durability and High-Speed ​​Performance of High-Quality Truck Tires”. According to this standard, all enterprises that consume more than 800 tons of standard coal per unit of energy will not be allowed to enter the market.
