A good stirrer can not only greatly improve the stirring efficiency, shorten the reaction time, increase the yield of the finished product, improve the product quality, but also extend the service life of the mechanical seal. The following is a brief introduction to the main flaws in domestic glass-lined mixers so that they can be well-controlled when they are selected.

The width, height, and shape of the anchor wings of the anchor and frame stirrers do not meet the standards. The poor symmetry of the anchor wing leads to poor dynamic balance. When the agitator is rotated at a high speed, the swing of the lower end is large, the mechanical seal cannot be sealed, and the service life is short. The width and height are not enough and the mixing efficiency is low.

The stirrer swings large at the bottom. The stirrer will influence the temperature difference and other factors during the firing process, causing the stirrer shaft to bend, and it must pass the high temperature straightening to meet the standard requirements. However, many manufacturers have reduced this process in order to reduce costs. The stirrer produced in this way has a large deflection at the lower end due to bending, and the dynamic balance is poor.

The deviation of the upper wing angle of impeller stirring is large, and the standard requirement is 15°. When the upper wing angle is 15°, the stirring efficiency is highest at this time. The glass-lined stirrer impeller deforms when it is fired at a high temperature, the control is not strict, the deviation is large, and the stirring efficiency is low.
