How to operate the loop resistance tester

Technical Parameters:

Operating procedures:

1. Wire the terminal by four terminals.

2. Turn on the power.

3. Press the measurement button (if the current display A value is less than 100A, it can be corrected by the panel current fine adjustment).

4. After measuring the displayed value, you need to save the data.

5. Turn off the power after the measurement is over.

6. Test the pliers and take care.

Test Methods:

Resistance measurement Open the instrument chassis to check that the accessories are complete. Wire as shown below.
After connecting the connection, turn on the power switch in the upper right corner of the instrument. After turning on the power, the instrument enters the interface shown below:
After entering the above interface, click the keyboard “Timer” to press the measurement time setting. Press the "Timer" button to enter the time setting menu as shown below:
After entering the upper menu, measure the time setting, and set the measurement time according to the keyboard prompt. After the setting is completed, press the "OK" button to enter the interface to be measured, as shown below:
At this point, you can press the "Measure" button to make the measurement. The measurement status is as shown below:
After the measurement is completed, press the "Stop" button to complete the measurement. After the measurement is stopped, press the Print button to print the measurement data. Enter the report number before printing, as shown below:
The report number is the 06th switch A phase resistance of the 10th September of the year. After the report number is set, press the “OK” button to enter the print menu. The print menu is as shown below:
At this point, after all the measurement steps are completed, the measurement report is saved after the measurement is completed to find and analyze the data in the future. After all tests are completed, turn off the power, remove the measurement line, and keep the instrument surface clean.

Test steps:

1. Connect the AC power cable, current cable, and test cable to their respective sockets. (Note: When connecting the test object, the loop resistance test current line should be connected to the inside of the test current line and as close as possible to the measured contact point. At the same time, ensure that the loop resistance test line is consistent with the test current line polarity.

2. When the current line and test line are connected to the measured resistance, be careful not to entangle the current line and the test line, and try to stay away from some.

3 , turn on the power switch, the instrument self-test for 10 seconds, then display the main menu, you can measure the micro-ohmic value of the loop resistance and the test current value.

4 , measurement mode points: single pulse, three pulse and arc burn test.

5. Single pulse test:

Press the OK key to enter the test mode setting: Press the button to adjust the test mode to a single pulse, then determine the key to enter the single pulse measurement instruments and displays the measurement result, the printing press of this button to print the measurement result, the measurement process is completed.

If you need to terminate the measurement during the measurement process, press the reset button. Press the SET button to return to the main menu.

6. Three pulse test:

Press the OK key to enter the test mode setting: Press the button to adjust the three-pulse mode to the test, then the pulse is determined to enter the key instrument to measure and display the measurement results, the printing press of this button to print the measurement result, the measurement process is completed. (Figure 5 ; 6 above ), if you need to terminate the measurement during the measurement process, press the reset button. (Pulse measurement performs three single pulse measurements and automatically calculates the average of three measurements.) Press the SET button to return to the main menu.

7. Burning arc test

Press the OK key to enter the test mode setting: Press the button to adjust the test mode Burn formula, continue to press the OK key to enter the instrument Burn Test submenu Burn Test points: 15s, 30s, 60s, and custom (0-60S), press the button to adjust Burn test time, press the OK button to continue Press the OK button to start the measurement, *** 1s to display the measurement result, press the Print button to print the measurement result, and the measurement process is completed. If you need to terminate the measurement during the measurement, press the reset button. Press the SET button to return to the main menu.

  Precautions

1 . Do not open the cover arbitrarily to ensure personal safety.

2 . There is no repairable device in this instrument. If there is any abnormality, please contact the manufacturer.

3. Working mode: air-cooled: when rated output, work 60 seconds, intermittent 120 seconds, measure three times.

4. Maximum load capacity at constant current: Load resistance ≤ 2m Ω (2000u Ω ) at 400A .

5. Protection function: output over-voltage protection ( no self-recovery ) , overload protection, overheat protection (self-recovery)
