According to the report, the total number of complaints in the first half of the year was 4664 cases, of which 4207 were valid complaints, and the effective ratio of complaints was 90.2%. Among them, 58% of joint-brand complaints, 38% of self-owned brands, and 4% of imported brands. Eighty percent of the vehicles complained were within the auto warranty period, of which one vehicle complaint accounted for one percent.
