1. The LCD backlight is bright, but there is no character and curve display: check whether the cable shows that the cable is connected properly.

2. The channel does not enter the number, that is, the channel signal value is changed, and the channel display value does not change:

a. Use a multimeter to measure the signal on the terminal block;

b. Check that the channel module switch and signal type are set correctly;
Â
c. Open the case and check if the channel signal cable is connected.
Â
3. The meter is not working:
Â
a. Check if the meter fuse is blown;
Â
b. Check if the wiring of the 220V power terminal of the instrument is correct.
Â
c. Unscrew the fixing screw behind the instrument, pull the watch core from the front, check whether the cable between the power supply board and the main board are properly connected.

4. The channel measurement value of the intelligent paperless recorder is not allowed:

a. Whether the channel module switch setting is consistent with the type of the call signal;

b. Check if the signal wiring is correct and the signal cable is in good contact;

c. Check whether the setting of the signal type is consistent with the actual access signal type in the channel parameter setting;

d. After confirming that there is no problem, recalibrate the meter if the meter calibration is not normal, or the calibration is normal but the channel measurement is still not normal, please communicate with the manufacturer.
