PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS & USAGE
The PSLQ/PSFQ series centrifuge is a piece of flat plate type clean filtering equipment with intermittent operation. The materials enter the bowl from the feeding pipe on the closed housing. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquids are discharged outside the machine after passing through the filter media. The solids are retained in the bowl and discharged from the top when the cover is opened after the machine stops. The cover can be turned totally at a turning angle higher than 90° through manual, hydraulic driving or pneumatic driving mode, so that all the parts of the bowl are exposed, making it convenient to carry out discharging, cleaning, filter bag replacement, etc. The whole machine is manufactured in accordance with the requirements in GMP and FDA. It is subject to polishing treatment without any dead corner. The PSFQ model centrifuge adopts motor direct driving and avoids dust that may be caused by triangular belts and mechanical braking. It is especially suitable for inflammable, explosive and poisonous applications.
