The single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is the latest hydraulic cone crusher launched. The crushing chamber of HCS hydraulic cone crusher is divided into four chambers according to the requirements of crushing particle size, which are respectively medium crushing, medium fine crushing, fine crushing and extra fine crushing. It is suitable for crushing various ores and rocks with Proctor hardness f=5~16, such as iron ore, nonferrous metal ore, granite, limestone, quartzite, sandstone, goose egg stone and so on. Operational Principle:

The rotation of the electric motor drives the pulley or coupling, the transmission shaft, and the cone to make the eccentric shaft undergo periodic swing motion below the axis. After the material enters the crushing chamber from the material inlet, it undergoes crushing due to the mutual impact, compression, grinding, and rubbing of the eccentric shaft and the rolling mortar wall. The hydraulic safety system can eliminate faulty objects from the top of the support sleeve and fixed cone through hydraulic pressure in the event of iron failure or blockage of the machine, which plays a good safety role while greatly reducing maintenance rates and improving production efficiency.
