Submersible Vortex Effluent Sewage Dirty Septic Water Pump is a newly developed submersible pump, which is designed based on the combination of the advanced technology from abroad and domestic pump performance features. This model has features such as enery-saving, anti-winding, non-clogging, automatic installation and automatic control. This submersible sewage pump is excellent in transporting sewage with solid-particles and long fibers.

Product Features

1. The impeller adopts particular large channel structure, so the drain capacity has been improved greatly, it can effectively pass the solid grain whose diameter is about 50% of the pump caliber.

1. ·Mechanical seal adopts the latest materials and be made with extra care, so its lifespan is over 8000 hours.
2. ·Adopt double-way and automatic coupling installation device which makes the installation, maintenance of the unit convenient and quick.
3. ·To realize automation management we will equip various forms sewage special control cabinet according to the consumers'requirements.

Working Conditions

2. ·Proper medium: liquids with chemical property similar to pure water should be non-corrosive. Solid size be no larger than 30% of the pump suction diameter. Fiber length not be over 2.5 times of the pump suction diameter. 
3. When the fluid density is more than 1.05, the motor power be increased according to prevent the motor from overload operation.
4. ·Environment temperature:≤+40ºC
5. ·Altitude:≤1000m
6. ·Fluid temperature:≤+40ºC
